We are looking for someone hardworking and reliable to join our team.
Duties:
Work orders - send to approved vendors, follow-up to make sure issues have been taken care of, and make sure invoice has been received.
Inspections - take pictures and create report in AppFolio.
Report findings to the property manager and owner.
Create work orders for issues found.
Quarterly pest control- keep tenants informed of dates and times of inspections, accompany technician on pest sprays.
Also:
-hand-deliver notices to tenants -foster a good relationship between owners, tenants and vendors -answer rental questions -backup front desk -assist the property manager as needed
Qualifications:
-Must be detail-oriented -Must be skilled at time management -Must be well organized -Must be highly skilled at follow-up -Willing to learn new things -Like helping others Must have a positive attitude while working under pressure and under time constraints Starting Pay Hourly $12.
