Education and

Active Secret Clearance High School Diploma Two (2) years of FTU unit level registrar/current operations or similar (e.

, Training Manager) MilPDS experience desired Essential Duties:
Manage and maintain student records from inbound through graduations/evaluation Compile information, such as class schedules and graduation requirements Verify students have completed prequisites before entering training (e.
g.
, survival training) or notify appropriate personnel of discrepancies prior to class start Creates training folders Update MilPDS Update Government provided training database with student information Collect and track statistical PFT data for student entry, end of course completion and graduation reporting Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions with minimal direction.
Skilled in collecting and tracking statistical Data Any Special PPE Needed:
