It is the responsibility of the veterinary receptionist to answer phones, schedule appointments, create, maintain, and organize client and patient medical records, financial transactions, and be able to admit and discharge patients.
It's important that a veterinary receptionist is able to multi-task and be a team player.
Receptionist needs to have computer skills and will receive training to operate the clinic's software.
